Who is a good candidate for SMP?

Those who suffer from any type of hair loss, male and females are good candidates for scalp micropigmentation. Specific details that apply to you will be discussed in your e- consultation.

Do you wish to avoid regularly shaving your heads? If so, scalp micropigmentation may be the answer for you as well... The bald areas will appear to have hair after an SMP treatment, and the scalp will be covered with the visual hair follicles effect

Are Bumps and Redness a common side effect?

A very short time potential side effect of micro scalp pigmentation are bumps, redness, or swelling around the area where the needle has placed the pigment.

The skin returns to normal appearance within 24h post procedures with us.

Can Scalp Micropigmentation be reversed?

Scalp Micropigmentation pigmentation can be removed with an electro-optic Q switched laser, which is used to heat and break-up the pigmentation for easier absorption by phagocytes in the dermis. Scalp Micropigmentation is fairly easy to remove in most cases because the pigment is not deposited as deeply or as dense as normal tattoo ink. Please note our clients never need an SMP removal BUT we often treat when the SMP didn't turn out well elsewhere. In those cases we refer to our Specialist laser removal associate and once unwanted pigment is removed, we can redo the SMP in a correct manner.
